What makes a Church timeless?

“The early church had none of the things that we think are so essential for success today—buildings, money, political influence, social status—and yet the church won multitudes to Christ and saw many churches established throughout the Roman world.

Why? Because the church had the power of the Holy Spirit energizing its ministry. They were a people who were “ignited by the Spirit of God.”
- Vance Havner

The book of Acts is a thrilling drama that follows the origins and early zeal of the first followers of Jesus.
Dr. Luke a traveling physician who often journeyed with the Apostle Paul records the "Characteristics" of those first Christians!

42And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. 43And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. 44And all who believed were together and had all things in common.

45And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. 46And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, 47praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.
( Acts 2: 42-47).

In a Church that is timeless:

The People are devoted: Acts 2:42

The People are in awe: Acts 2: 43

The People are giving: Acts 2: 44-45

The People are thankful: Acts 2: 46-47

A Timeless Church, is a Church I want to be apart of!
